Located in the center of 27 miles of white, crystalline sands, we are easily accessible to and minutes away from the most relaxing and rejuvenating activities for the entire family. Ocean Villa 1602 is one of two tasteful, authentic and delightful condos which are favored by increasingly discriminating domestic and international guests, whose quest for peace and tranquility has continued to lead them to love our condos year after year.

Ocean Villa 1602 is beautifully decorated, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests and comprising a fully furnished kitchen with all amenities – including an oven, refrigerator and freezer/ice-maker and a dishwasher. As our guests in this condo, you will experience Teak furniture throughout, Queen sofa/sleeper in the living area, TV’s in every room with cable, CD/DVD player, laundry room with a full washer and dryer and the highest quality mattresses available in the bedrooms (King in the master and King in the guest). Bar height tables are in the dining area and on the balcony. Also on the balcony are two lounge chairs, two swivel rockers and a table. Our unit features FREE in-the-room secured Wi-Fi and broadband.

Our private balcony, with a stunning 180° view, provides shade from the strong midday sun. It is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, drinks while watching stunning sunsets or al fresco dining, sampling delicacies cooked in the kitchen or on the BBQ grills; all in an intimate atmosphere surrounded only by your loved one, moonlight and the Milky Way.
